VERSE 1 In the darkness of the night, I go out to find the lights, On the streets of this old town. VERSE 2 In the darkness of the night, I go out to find the fight, That can go and put me down. CHORUS But I wish I was home with you. VERSE 3 In the darkness of the night, I go out to find the light, Who can lead me through my life. VERSE 4 In the darkness of the night, I go out to find the fight, Who can kill me with the knife. CHORUS I wish I was home with you. I just wanna be home with you. BRIDGE But you don't want me there anymore, You don't want me there anymore, You don't want me there anymore. But you don't want me there anymore, You don't want me there anymore, You don't want me there anymore. VERSE 5 In the darkness of the night, I go out to find the light, Who can lead me through my life. VERSE 6 In the darkness of the night, I go out to find the fight, Who can kill me with the knife.

VERSE 1 And you say you're at the bottom, Of flat-earth theory, of UFOs, And you say you've not forgotten, How Hollywood gives us our moral code, VERSE 2 And you say I'm manipulated, By the sights and the sounds and the messaging, And you say I should take it easy, There's nothing worse in the world than training. PRE-CHORUS And I know you're probably wrong. CHORUS I've been waiting for you to come, To save me from this downer that I am on, I've been waiting for someone, To save me from this downer that I've become. VERSE 3 And you say that I'm a loser, That what I say just causes pain, And you say I should get over, Never having a chance to make an impression again. PRE-CHORUS CHORUS

VERSE 1 With your blacked out windows and your music high, It's not so hidden for a mysterious guy, You're a steroid junkie at the gym, I see you popping pills on every whim. VERSE 2 You don't have keys to my apartment block, You say: "My friend was supposed to come but he doesn't have a clock." But who needs a clock when they have a telephone? Which he does, he calls you all the time just so you're not alone. CHORUS Stop dealing drugs where I live, It's a famiy place, and I can't forgive, Your GTA enterprise in your house, So please slip out, as quiet as a mouse, Or I'll call the police.

about

I was bored on a lonely Saturday night.

So instead of going out for a night of expensive urinating, I went into the spare room, grabbed my guitar and my telephone and pressed record.

All songs were recorded, written and prepared in two hours, so the lyrics are mostly improvised.

Also the recording quality is lo-fi.

So this is what I do in my spare time. Pay if you like it, or don't. Whatever is easiest for you. Enjoy.

Thanks to Katie Hopkins for being such an incredible cretin, making hateful songwriting easier every day.

My neighbours deserve thanks too for putting up with this.

And thanks to loneliness. You're a great friend.
